For exercise, she said I could either join a gym, or if I preferred something more flexible, I could start jogging or swimming regularly. She emphasized that the most important thing was to find an activity I enjoyed so that I could stick with it long-term.I found her advice very helpful and practical. It wasn’t too extreme, and she encouraged me to take small, consistent steps instead of trying to make big changes all at once.
