It’s part of a popular chain, so the prices are affordable, but what really stands out is the excellent service. I usually stop by in the mornings to grab a coffee before starting my day. The baristas are always friendly, and they make sure each cup is made perfectly. Whenever I order a latte or flat white, they always add some beautiful latte art, which adds a nice touch to my coffee experience. They also remind me to be careful because the coffee might be too hot when I pick it up.One time, I ordered my usual coffee, but I got busy at work and completely forgot to pick it up. By the time I realized, almost an hour had passed. I hurried downstairs, thinking my coffee would be cold and not very good to drink anymore. When I arrived, I explained what had happened, and to my surprise, the staff told me they had noticed that my coffee had been sitting for a while and decided to make a fresh one for me. They didn’t have to do that, but they did it without any hesitation. I was really impressed and grateful for their thoughtfulness and customer care.This experience made me appreciate their service even more. Even though the coffee shop is not expensive, the staff always makes you feel valued as a customer. They take extra care to make sure everything is just right, and their warm attitude makes it a comfortable and welcoming place to go. It’s the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression, and it’s a big reason why I keep going back.
