Dr. Victor Cai has officially taken up thepositionof Principal of Shanghai MGA Bilingual School. He has an interdisciplinary academic background, having obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, a Ph.D. in Management from Donghua University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education at Huazhong Normal University. His educational practice spans both domestic and international realms, having served as the Principal of Shandong Jiangshan Experimental School, the Legal Representative and Principal of East China Normal University Zhengzhou Jiangshan School, the Principal of Gansu Qingyang College Road Experimental School, and the Dean of the Pacific Institute of Canada. Throughout his career, he has consistently embodied the spirit of integrating knowledge with action, unifying educational theory with practice, and has accumulated rich experience in educational management and a profound theoretical foundation.在学术研究方面，蔡校长主持了6项教育部专项重点课题，出版教育专著40余部，发表学术论文80余篇，研究领域涵盖大思政教育、青少年心理健康教育、班主任领导力，校长课程领导力、STEAM课程研发等前沿方向。他的教育理念先进，致力于“让每个生命都成为照亮世界的光”，并希望通过优质的教育生态助力学生成长与蜕变。In terms of academic research, Principal Cai has led six key special projects of the Ministry of Education, published over 40 educational monographs, and authored more than 80 academic papers. His research areas cover cutting-edge directions such as comprehensive ideological and political education, adolescent mental health education, headteacher leadership, principal curriculum leadership, and STEAM curriculum development. LWSA Letter to ParentsDear Parents,     With the new start, we wish everyone a happy and healthy New Year!    After the winter vacation, the school willundergosome exciting changes. The LWS family ishonoredto welcome adistinguishededucator, Victor Cai, who will take up thepositionof the new principal. With his extensive experience andprofoundeducational insights, we are confident that he will lead MGA to new heights and write a new chapter of brilliance.    Principle Victor has been deeply involved in the field of education for 29 years and has a multidisciplinary and composite academic background. He has obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences and a Ph.D. in Management from Donghua University. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Education at Central China Normal University. His educational practice has spread all over the world, and he has served as Responsible Supervisor Of Pu Dong District Shanghai, the president of Zhengzhou Jiangshan School of East China Normal University, the President of Gansu Qingyang College Road Experimental School and the Dean of Canada Pacific College. He has achieved remarkable results in the construction of educational leadership.    Principal Victor is not only an expert in education management, but also a pioneer in academic research: he has presided over 6 key projects of the Ministry of Education, published more than 40 educational monographs and published over 80 academic papers. His research areas cover cutting-edge directions such as ideological and political education, youth mental health education and STEAM curriculum development.     After taking office, Principal Victor will focus on promoting several core tasks, including strengthening the management of teaching quality in the junior high school department and constructing a curriculum system for connecting junior and senior high schools; Vigorously improve the level of teaching staff; Deepen the mechanism of home school co education and regularly hold parent education seminars etc. We firmly believe that under his educational ideal of "making every life a light that illuminates the world",Living Word students will undergo a transformation of growth and shine with unique brilliance in a higher quality educational ecosystem.    Growth is an important and valuable journey.
