Topic: Staying UpQuestion 1: Do you often stay up late?I do actually stay up late more often than I should and more often than I"d like to. I"d love to be one of those people who"s very disciplined and goes to bed at light 9:30 or 10:00 every night so that I can wake up at say 5am, 6am and live life in a very efficient way. The reality is that I usually go to bed at 11:30, 12 even 1 and then I there"s a knock-on effect and I end up waking up late the next day and then the next night I go to bed even later. And so generally speaking I do stay up late, but I don"t necessarily want to.Question 2: Did you stay up late when you were a kid?I would occasionally stay up late when I was a kid if, like, there was something very important happening or if my parents let me watch TV until late. But generally they were pretty strict with me and with my bedtime. So most of the time, probably like 28 or 29 days out of the month would go to bed quite earlyQuestion 3: What do you do when you stay up late?When I stay up late, I"m generally like reading a book or I"m watching TV. I"m not doing anything, very active. Sometimes if I"ve gotten home late, I might be cooking and eating a very late dinner. But most of the time it"s just I"ve started watching a movie at like half past ten and then I feel like I have to finish it and so I"m awake until 12:30 or even 1:00.Question 4: What does it feel like the next morning if you stay up late?Bad. Generally I sometimes feel almost a little bit ill if I stay up too late. Even if I"ve had, say, seven hours or eight hours of sleep, if I went to bed too late, it doesn"t seem to help.
