So he"s 75. So he"s, yeah, pretty old. He"s certainly getting on, and he"s still extremely energetic.So I always remember him, as I was growing up, being someone who loved exercise. So he would do a physical job, he would cycle to his job for about 10 miles every morning.His job was to do outdoor pursuits, so he would take groups of children climbing mountains or canoeing or things like that, and then he would cycle home.And then when he got home, he would go for a, like, a seven or eight-mile run. So he was extremely energetic, and he used to run marathons in very good times. I think his best marathon time was less than three hours.So he always was very energetic. And he"s 75 now, so he isn"t quite as sprightly, he isn"t quite as energetic as he used to be. But comparatively speaking, if we look at other 75-year-olds, he"s in extremely good shape.And he still has a very young-like physique and also a very young mentality. He"s still interested in learning new things. He hasn"t settled into a sedentary life the way that a lot of older people have.So, yeah, he"s definitely an energetic person, and it"s something that I hope to emulate as well because I don"t think I"m quite as energetic as him.But I can see the benefits that all of the exercise has had in maintaining his health all the way through to his mid-70s and hopefully beyond.So, yeah, I think it"s a really good thing
