For example, a well-known American philosopher said, “Children should enjoying playing in their childhood, which would be beneficial for the development of creativity and innovation.Moreover, another factor should be considered is the psychological reason, which in other words, students are obliged to use exams to assess their abilities and this might make the students too stressed and depressed. For instance, a recent research published in The Scientist reveals that 80% of children feel stressed because of exams. Therefore, it is important to introduce other ways for the assessment such as sports and extra-curricular activities, which could make children happier.In conclusion, I hold the view that exams are not the only way to assess students’ performance and extra-curricular activities should be introduced.
