It took place during a group project for a marketing course, and although it started as a small disagreement, it eventually turned into a serious argument.我两个好朋友，安娜和杰森，在我们大二时发生过一次争执。发生在我们为一门市场营销课做小组作业期间，虽然起初只是个小分歧，但最终闹得挺僵。The conflict began when we were dividing up the responsibilities for the presentation. Jason felt that he was being given too much work compared to the rest of us, especially Anna, who had taken charge of the design part of the slides. He believed she was doing the “easy” part, while he had to write most of the content. Anna, on the other hand, felt that design was just as important and time-consuming, and she didn’t appreciate his tone. We decided to break everything down into smaller parts and redistribute the workload more clearly and fairly. Once we talked things through, both of them realized it was mostly a misunderstanding and that they had been under a lot of pressure from other classes too.起初我不知道怎么介入，但等他们冷静后，我和另一个组员建议大家一起坐下重新梳理任务。我们决定把所有任务拆分成更小的部分，更清晰、公平地重新分配工作量。沟通清楚后，他们俩意识到这主要是场误会，而且当时他们其他课程的压力也很大。Honestly, I felt awkward at the time because I didn’t want to take sides. But after the issue was solved, I was relieved and actually felt proud of how maturely everyone handled it in the end. It taught me that good communication is key, especially when working as a team.说实话，当时我觉得挺尴尬的，因为我不想站队。但问题解决后，我松了口气，甚至为最后大家成熟的处理方式感到自豪。这件事教会我，良好的沟通是关键，尤其是在团队协作中。
