细节段-1: 睡眠较集中的几个对象
Students, business executives and doctors seem to have similar sleeping patterns. To be specific, students sleep 8 hours a day, from 11.00 pm to 7.00 am, while business executives sleep only 6 hours a day, from 11.00 pm to 5.00 am. Doctors sleep fewer hours, from 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. with an interval of one hour (3-4am).

On the other hand, truck drivers and full-time mothers have the more sporadic sleep schedules. Truck drivers sleep 6 hours a day in a scattered way, in the early morning and evening time. Besides, full-time mothers sleep 8 hours a day, from 10 pm to 6 am, with some intervals, and they usually have a nap from 1pm to 3 pm.
