活动面向全球学习中文和热爱中文的外国友人； 参加活动人员母语非中文，非中国国籍，无年龄限制，未成年人参与活动必须取得监护人同意。
什么时候开始？
2022年11月1日—11月30日
拍什么作品？
1. 投稿人通过用中文介绍家乡的自然风光、历史文物和民俗特产等来展示家乡的独特之处。作品内容真实，主题突出。 2. 请用手机或其他专业设备横屏拍摄。如果用手机拍摄，建议使用三脚架、稳定器等专业辅助设备，确保拍摄效果。 3. 4. 不得添加任何与活动无关的第三方LOGO或标识。 5. 视频可由一人或多人录制完成，表现形式不限。 6. 投稿邮件须用中英文注明：作者姓名、洲名、国家、国籍、视频名称、学校/机构以及作品简介。 北京时间10月28日18:00-20:00，欢迎您来参加视频制作直播课，专业老师会手把手教您如何制作短视频。

We welcome Chinese language learners from across the globe to participate. Participants shall be non-Chinese nationals whose native language is not Chinese. There is no age limit. Minors must obtain the consent of their guardians.
What kind of videos
