It"s a coastal village located in the southeast coast of China. I was born and raised in an inland city. So visiting a coastal village has always been on my bucket list. And last summer holiday, I finally got some time to go on a trip there. You know, one of my friends was born there and he invited me there. To be honest, traveling there was a mind-blowing experience. The sea view, the seafood and the terrific seaside attractions were all brand new to me.During my stay there, what impressed me most was a long walking path that is built alongside the coast. It was about 15 kilometers long. And you can take a stroll on the paths, feeling the soft breeze and enjoying the fantastic sea view. I was under a lot of pressure at that time. So it really helped me unwind and recharge my batteries.Especially during the sunset, The surface of the sea was full of sparkling hues and tints, which were definitely gorgeous.At the end of this long path, there is a big seafood market. And I could place my order from the seafood vendor. The food would be delivered to my table by a trolley.The mouthwatering seafood and the breathtaking sea view really went together. I tried the uncooked oysters just on the spur of the moment. When I tipped it up, the oyster just slid into my mouth. It was so scrumptious. This place really helped me kick back, and I enjoyed this bucolic lifestyle which was laidback and slow-paced.Part 31. Is there anything special about the villages in your country?Well, for the most part, villages in the west are a little underdeveloped. So you can enjoy the bucolic tranquility there. And the people have the unique culture to worship their ancestors in the temple. But for those villages in the east, the economy is thriving. And it"s just full of hustle and bustle, much like a city.2. Why do people want to go to the countryside?Well, some people go to the countryside for their health concerns. They reckon they can breathe the fresh air and have some wholesome organic food, reconnecting to the nature. And others are just tired of the tedious work and monotonous lifestyle in the city. They just want to go to the countryside to kick back a little.3. What do people usually do when they visit a village?Well, for the children, they"re always curious about life in the countryside, so they want to feed the cattle or experience the horse-riding, given that a lot of rural areas are developing their attractive tourism. But for the middle aged people, they just want to go fishing or go hiking in the countryside to unwind a little bit since they are under a lot of pressure.4. Do you think people will live in villages in the future？Absolutely not, I think urbanization is an unstoppable trend in the coming years. People will gravitate to cities because of the job opportunities and the promising prospect.
